Welcome to the forums, here are some links for the site:
Post Your Pic Here so we can put a name to a face.
Introduce yourself here and tell us a who you are.

In regards to your tank, post up some screenshots of the tank and we can see what we can do. Also post up your blueprints and/or reference images.

first of chamfer your edges along the turret part of the tank, that will help round it out some, and not give you those ugly edges
find an image that has the upper part of the turret shown, and model some of the hatches and other things that are up there
looks like you phoned in the body a bit, not saying what you have doesn't do the job, but for accuracy, it looks like the body has an elevation all around the outside, where you just have a big extrude in the front and some little boxes and things along the edge. (don't know if that explained it, hard to word, what i'm trying to say)
wheels need an crease in the middle
and that little wagon wheel looking thing needs to be thicker, not as thick as the wheel, but those go on the interior of the treads and pretty burly
truth is, the turret for the tank you picked it pretty boring, with having what's on top, make these changes, and repost, and we'll throw out more help im' sure.

I would try moving the treads a little closer together

and it looks a little akward where the guns are atatched to the top

and deffinatly take the end of the gun and inlay the circle and make the gun hollow

but that gun on the far side looks badass, you should make a render from that side

Are you trying to put several tanks together? There are a few parts that aren't on this reference:

Keep working on it though, hammering out the silhouette is the most important part, the details will help it out.
